Moonglasses® require an AC battery pack (included) and 2-AAA batteries to glow. Battery packs are attached to eyewear by a 3'3" cord and come with an on/off switch and sound-sensitive dial.
Moonglasses® are illuminated by phosphorescent ZnS:Mn powder cell technology. Their color is achieved by both the glowing of activated phosphor and the tint of wire coating. The dye color in the wire coating can be UV-reactive even when the glasses are not turned on. Moonglasses are not LEDs and do not "change" colors. MOONGLASSES® ARE NOT TOYS. NOT FOR CHILDREN. Moonglasses® are electroluminescent shutter-frame eyewear constructed with a copper core, coated in ZnS:Mn phosphor, and sheathed in PVC insulation, powered by a 2-AAA battery inverter. This is not a neon gas product.
The shutter-frame design partially blocks emitted light from directly entering the eyes, but Moonglasses can significantly obstruct vision and depth perception. DO NOT wear while driving, operating machinery, walking in low light, or navigating hazardous environments. Do not activate or use in or near water or high moisture. Do not stare into blinking light. Discontinue use if you or others experience dizziness, nausea, or disorientation. Always tuck cords securely into clothing to prevent snagging or tripping.
Contains phosphor. DO NOT INGEST. If the PVC coating cracks or frays, or if any internal wiring is exposed, discontinue use immediately. The long-term health effects of electroluminescent phosphors in close contact with the body are unknown. USE WITH CAUTION. Maintain full awareness of your surroundings.

You can initiate a return for most new and unused Moonglasses within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
